The wire feeding spheroidizing machine is a device used in the metallurgical industry, mainly used to inject alloy core wire into the deep part of molten steel at an appropriate speed and quantity, in order to achieve deoxidation, change the morphology of inclusions, fine tune the composition, and other purposes. This device can eliminate human interference and ensure the stability and product quality of molten iron processing. At the same time, the wire feeding spheroidizing machine is easy to operate, time-saving and labor-saving, and can manage and control the smoke and arc light generated during the operation process, reducing or eliminating pollution to the environment
The working principle of the spheroidization feeding machine is to wrap a certain composition and particle size of spheroidized core material in a steel sheet, forming a cable shaped core wire coil. This core wire coil is then fed into the molten iron in the covered processing package at a certain speed through a wire feeding device, thereby achieving spheroidization treatment. Specifically, the wire feeder quantitatively feeds the alloy core wire into the vibration groove or rotating groove through the lifting belt, and the vibration side of these grooves then feeds the alloy core wire forward into the molten iron in the processing package. When it is necessary to add alloy core wire, the photoelectric signal will be converted into a signal to drive the solenoid valve, open the suction tube valve, and suck the vibrating alloy core wire into the suction tube and feed it into the molten iron. When the alloy core wire in the processing package reaches the predetermined amount, the electrical signal will be converted to close the suction valve of the suction tube, completing the feeding process
